What is considered a delivery?

Delivery is on the UK mainland up to the ground floor entrance of the destination building.

Can you ship outside the UK?

We only delivery to mainland UK at this stage.  For overseas purchases, please contact us here.

What happens if my item is damaged or faulty?

Should the goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will replace the damaged goods a.s.a.p. Should you be dissatisfied with the product in any other way, please contact us in first instance disclosing the nature of your complaint, and we will endeavour to resolve the problem to mutual satisfaction.

All products have a five year replacement guarantee with the exception of electric motors which have a conditional two year replacement guarantee; these conditions state that the electric motorised desk must not exceed a dynamic weight limit of 80kg and a static load of 100kg and that the motor only has a 10% duty cycle, i.e if it runs for one minute, it has to be left for ten minutes before running again.

How do I place an order if I need to be invoiced?

At the checkout, there is an option for a proforma invoice/quotation. An order will not be processed until payment is received.

In all cases an invoice will be sent once the order is delivered.

What happens when I've placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed and you will be notified of it’s progress.
